I dream of making cakes...that's pretty bad. I prefer not to eat them, I bake, shape, frost and give them away. If you like what you see or have an idea for a (clean) cake, let me know and I'll try to...

Princess Castle and Dragon Cake
The castle cake I made for my daughter's 2nd birthday. It was made with a 9x9 square baking pan, a 6 in round pan, cup cakes and ice cream cones. The water around the castle was made of blue gel icing. And the trees were made of ice cream cones.
My son was turning 8 around the time of my 2 year olds birthday, and he wanted a dragon cake. I cannot take all the credit for this one, my husband cut and positioned the dragon. All I had to do was frost it. We used a 13x9 baking pan for this particular cake. For the wings, feet, and horns we died and molded fondont.
These two cakes were huge hits, and they were egg free and milk free!

Thomas the Tank Engine
Ok, I cheated on this cake. I bought a train cake pan. My sons 4th birthday was in the same week as the dragon and castle. We were caked out. I made the coal car in a loaf pan, and was in a hurry and forgot the wheels. I don't think anyone noticed, if they did no one said anything.
Cala lilies
I made this cake for my mother-in-laws friend at her work place. It was made of 4 different colors of purple. Looking at the right of the picture you can see where I tried to salvage it. The cake was seriously too moist. I put the frosting on and the cake fell off :) The cala lilies and the bow were handmade of fondant.
